Slot Missions in Hogwarts
Slot missions can be a great way to acquire weapons, gear and much more. They're difficult to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot is a unique slot that allows you to bring guns into an operation. Some players employ it to help reach certain goals, especially those who aim for Suit Only. Some players utilize the extra pistol to bridge gaps. When you use this slot, you need to remember that you will need to click on the corresponding pistol category button, such as the alternative slot 2 for machine guns, in order to select the appropriate category. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are both active, making it much easier to use. This combo can also trigger a damage tick from Concealed Weapon every 10 seconds for as long as it is placed in.
Slot for Smuggled Items
The smuggled item slot is a good feature for allowing players to bring tools and weapons, but it could use a better affordance. It's currently shaped as a pistol, which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled weapon slot from other slots for gear.
The smuggle slots can be used to store a wide assortment of items, from concussion devices to explosives for weapons to more subtle concussions. These items can be found in hidden locations throughout the map. They can also be found anytime. The items that are smuggled are different from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that hide only small items within the scenery or objects directly.
Mission planning is a feature available in short-term missions that allow players to gain access to different starting points equipment, smuggled items, and slots prior to their entry into the map. As players advance through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these planning options increase. This lets players plan the best task for every challenge.
Gear Slot
The gear slots will rapidly get full early in the game, resulting in the common message "Your Gear Slots Are Full". This message stops Max to select new equipment until the old items are taken away or space has been obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They give players an increase in inventory space to complete challenging missions. Since many of these challenges could be missed and are scattered around the globe, it could take a while to get the maximum number inventory slots available in the game.
A player's five Gear Slots can be filled with up to 5 different gear types, which must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In can begin. Each gear item (except for the Pistol), takes up one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as Grenades in a grouping) can only use one Gear Slot.
Agents can pick up the passengers.
As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups that are on the map. These locations let you keep items that do not fit into your concealed slot for gear or weapon, and retrieve them later.
These pickups are particularly useful when you have to go through a frisk in the course of the game or if you're carrying a weapon that could otherwise be suspect. You can only keep one item at a time at a pickup location for agencies.
This DLC includes new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. Talk to slot wins at the agency and purchase snacks and armor. Once you've reached the mission marker you can identify a crowd upon arrival.
